This class has features which include poetry prompts, film clips, quotations from the poets of Mexico, Central & South America, abundant writing time, as well as time to read your story and get positive feedback from your listeners.
The class is taught in a container of respect by Jim Moreno, a Vietnam Veteran who served in the brown water Navy in the rivers of the Mekong Delta. Jim tells us that each class has a combination of IMIC: Inspiration, Motivation, Imagination, and Contagion. The first three letters create room for the last which inspire more motivation to read poems written in class.
